Google makes 10 different bands for the Pixel Watch, but half are “Google Store exclusive.” Fortunately, the Pixel Watch Performance Loop Band is not.
Google curiously announced and released the Pixel Watch Performance Loop Band just before Thanksgiving in late November. Besides the Google Store, you can now buy the 41mm variant — which is compatible with the Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, and Pixel Watch 3 — at Amazon in three of the four colors:
Obsidian (Matte Black) is currently not listed, with the 45mm version also missing. (Amazon annoyingly has one combined listing for all Pixel Watch straps.)
Aimed at exercise, the Performance Loop Band is made of “recycled polyester, nylon, and elastane yarns,” while being “micro-adjustable” (velcro). The water resistance is listed as “Workout-friendly.”
It joins the Active Sport Band, Pixel Watch Woven Band, Pixel Watch Active Band, and Pixel Watch Crafted Leather Band as having wide retail availability.
The other five bands are only available from the Google Store: Pixel Watch Stretch Band, Pixel Watch Two-Tone Leather Band, Pixel Watch Metal Mesh Band, Pixel Watch Metal Slim Band, and Pixel Watch Metal Links Band.
