MG Motor Ends 2024 with Record December Sales Milestone

MG Windsor recorded 7,516 unit sales in December 2024, marking its highest monthly performance. Year-over-Year (YoY) growth reached 55.29 percent compared to 4,840 units in December 2023. Month-over-Month (MoM) growth stood at 24.87 percent, reflecting sustained momentum in the passenger vehicle market.

Segment Contribution to Sales – New Electric vehicle (NEV) sales accounted for 70.01 percent of December 2024’s total, amounting to 5,262 units. Internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles contributed the remaining 29.99 percent, with 2,254 units sold. This sales mix puts the focus on MG Windsor’s role in accelerating EV adoption across India. MG windsor sales stood at 3,785 units.

MG Windsor became the highest-selling passenger EV for three consecutive months, consolidating its market position. Surpassing 10,000 cumulative sales within three months post-launch further demonstrates its strong consumer demand and competitive edge.
