Police are seeking additional information about a massive fight that broke out at an In-N-Out Burger in Riverside County over the weekend.

In a post to Instagram, the Murrieta Police Department said its officers responded to the In-N-Out on Avenida Acacias just after midnight on Saturday, April 5, on reports of a fight involving 20 to 30 people.

“Officers located witnesses and multiple involved parties at the scene and learned a firearm had been discharged at some point,” police said.

Despite the large size of the altercation, police said they found no property damage and said officers did not find any victims or suspects.

“At this time, Murrieta PD is seeking additional information from the public regarding the incident that may assist in the investigation,” police said.

KTLA reached out to the Murrieta Police Department for additional information, and officials said they are following up on investigative leads. They also said they had obtained some footage of the incident, but that, as of Tuesday afternoon, they could not release it.

Police encourage anyone with additional details regarding this incident to contact Detective Leitch at 951-461-6353 or rleitch@murrietaca.gov.
