The first SUV from Maranello gets louder and meaner after a visit to Novitec

When it comes to tuning Ferraris, Novitec has made a name for itself for taking performance to the next level. The company has a particular focus on V12-powered models, with exhaust systems being one of its specialties. The Purosangue is no exception, receiving upgrades such as louder exhaust options, aftermarket wheels, and a lowered suspension. A custom carbon fiber body kit is also in development.
The Purosangue has undergone Novitec’s typical treatment, starting with a lineup of custom exhaust systems designed to wake up entire neighborhoods. Buyers can choose from three options: a flap-activated system, a straight-up race exhaust, or a race exhaust with flaps for when you can’t decide between loud and louder.

In a video showcasing the upgrades, the V12’s scream is borderline obnoxious, yet somehow addictive. It sounds remarkably close to Novitec’s tuned Ferrari 812 grand tourers, making the Purosangue one of the noisiest SUVs on the planet.
While Novitec hasn’t tinkered with the engine output just yet, they insist that the louder exhaust “completely transforms the driving experience” of Ferrari’s most practical model. That practicality, by the way, includes a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 putting out a casual 715 horsepower (533 kW). Power upgrades may not be on the menu right now, but let’s face it, how many people are buying a Purosangue because it wasn’t fast enough?
When the engine’s off, this Purosangue still makes its presence known with oversized quad tailpipes and gold-finished NF11 forged wheels. For those with different tastes, buyers can opt for NF9 or NF10 wheel designs in just about any color they can dream up. And for anyone craving even more drama, a custom carbon fiber body kit is on the way. Expected to include wide fender extensions and a sharper splitter, it promises to crank up the aggression on Ferrari’s five-door crossover.

For chassis upgrades, Novitec has fitted the Purosangue with a new set of sport springs, lowering the high-riding SUV by 25-30 mm (1-1.2 inches). The springs are fully compatible with Ferrari’s factory lift system and can be paired with spacers for a broader, more aggressive stance.
The wheels, suspension, and exhaust upgrades for the Purosangue are already available to order, although Novitec doesn’t publicly disclose pricing. As for the wide-body kit, it’s slated to make its debut in the coming months, so stay tuned for even more over-the-top flair.
