Las Vegas Strip casinos have been busy lately extending and bringing back popular headliner residencies that keep selling out.
A blast from the past, Tears For Fears, just finished the first three shows of their sold-out “Songs For a Nervous Planet” performances at Fontainebleau’s BleauLive Theater Oct. 30, Nov. 1 and 2.

When the group completed the sold-out residency on March 9, 2024, New Edition put six more shows set for July on sale. All of those shows eventually sold out as well, but not as fast as the first six shows.
Once the second batch of residency shows sold out, New Edition gave fans more chances to see them on the Strip as they added three more shows on the residency, scheduled for Oct. 30, Nov. 1, and Nov. 2, and put the tickets on sale immediately.
Those three shows also sold out by showtime, but New Edition was quiet about their future plans, until now.
Just when you thought New Edition had finally closed its residency at Wynn Resorts Limited’s Encore Theater, the group signed on for six more shows in February 2025.
New Edition added new shows on its residency at the Encore Theater on Feb. 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, and 22, with all shows set for 8 p.m.

The title track knocked Michael Jackson’s huge hit “Beat It” off the top slot on the Billboard Hot Black Singles chart.
