CAA has announced the launch of CAA Global Family Office Advisory, a new service area led by industry veteran Julie Zorn. A first-of-its kind service offering in the agency business, CAA Global Family Office Advisory will work on behalf of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices, blending strategic advisory with CAA’s massive reach and resources, providing clients a level of strategic insight, cultural fluency, and global connectivity that is unmatched in the industry. Zorn and her team will advise family office clients on structure and design, family governance, operational efficiency and board, leadership, philanthropic and human capital advisory.
“CAA Global Family Office Advisory is designed to support the unique complexities of generational wealth, offering tailored guidance across structure and strategy, helping redefine how families steward wealth, legacy, and impact,” said CAA president Jim Burtson. “The combination of CAA’s global resources and relationships, with Julie’s expertise and experience, will play a critical role in helping Family Offices navigate the future with clarity, confidence, and purpose.”
Throughout her 20-year career, Zorn has built strong and trusted relationships with legacy families, wealth creators and next-generation leaders to design sustainable structures, optimize efficiencies, and build values-aligned family offices, foundations and family enterprises. Most recently, Zorn was the head of the family office practice at StevenDouglas, and prior to that, founder and managing principal of Pinnacle Global Family Office Consulting LLC. Zorn began her career in global private banking, serving as a trusted advisor and private wealth consultant to high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices worldwide.
“Julie is a widely regarded global thought-leader in the Family Office space, with a reputation for discretion, integrity, and strategic foresight,” added CAA Managing Director and President of CAA Sports Paul Danforth. “Her background in private wealth advisory and global private banking has given her tremendous insight into the sophisticated needs and unique challenges that come with managing multi-generational wealth.”
“We are genuinely proud to be part of such an outstanding firm. CAA is a wonderful and unique place where culture, capital and connection come together in powerful ways,” said Zorn. “This partnership allows us to continue serving as trusted advisors to families and family offices in a more meaningful capacity. Being part of this dynamic ecosystem will allow us to shape what’s possible for families now and for generations to come.”
