Mayapada Hospitality Holding has opened the doors to the first Voco hotel in Indonesia, the Voco Bali Seminyak. IHG Hotels & Resorts manages the hotel.

This is the ninth hotel in Indonesia developed and owned by Mayapada Hospitality Holding, with four other properties in Bali under IHG’s management. The group aims to significantly impact Bali’s hotel industry with the voco brand’s unique character and style, rooted in the Latin meaning of “to invite” and “call together”.

Mauro Leone, Cluster General Manager of voco Bali Seminyak, expressed his team’s commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming space that encapsulates the brand’s ethos. The hotel combines charm and comfort for a premium stay experience while maintaining the reliability of a global brand.

voco hotels, launched in 2018, offers the security of a well-established brand coupled with the individual charm of each property. Each guest is greeted with a unique signature treat symbolic of the local area, in line with the brand’s hallmarks of ‘Come on in,’ ‘Me time,’ and ‘Voco Life’. The hotel encourages guests to engage in a blend of relaxation, adventure, and authentic Balinese hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak, a vibrant area in Bali, and is just a 20-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. It boasts 162 rooms and suites, offering spacious accommodation with plush bedding and high-end facilities. Amenities include an all-day dining restaurant with a seating capacity of 120, a lobby lounge, a rooftop bar offering stunning sunset views, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool.

voco Bali Seminyak adheres to voco hotel’s sustainability mantra of “step by step”. The hotel is dedicated to adopting innovative and sustainable practices, such as using pillows and duvet fillings made from 100% recycled materials and providing bulk plant-based amenities, among other initiatives.
