Paramount Pictures has released the first Winter Spring Summer or Fall trailer, previewing the upcoming romantic drama starring Jenna Ortega.
What happens in the Winter Spring Summer or Fall trailer?
The trailer follows the blossoming relationship between Remi (Ortega) and Barnes (Percy Hynes White). Remi has always had a plan to go to Harvard, but her relationship with the more carefree Barnes has her questioning everything she’s wanted up to that point.
Winter Spring Summer or Fall is set to release in theaters and digitally on April 25, 2025.

“Remi (Jenna Ortega) has her future figured out – Harvard in the fall, making her parents proud, and following the path she’s always expected to take,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “Then she meets Barnes, who lives for the moment and makes her question everything. As their love story unfolds through the summer, Remi faces a choice – stick to the plan she’s always known or risk it all for a life she never saw coming.”
The upcoming film is directed by Tiffany Paulsen from a script written by Dan Schoffer. The movie is produced by Brad Krevoy, Josh Shader, and David Wulf and had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2024.
For Ortega, it’s another film in an already busy year. Although the movie premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2024, the movie is out this year. It’ll join Death of a Unicorn and Hurry Up Tomorrow as projects starring Ortega set to drop this year. The star is also set to reprise her role as Wednesday Addams in the upcoming second season of the Netflix series.
