ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to take ownership of major product initiatives and help scale Newton into a platform that serves millions.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Product & Engineering teams to turn insights into strategy, ship delightful features across web and mobile, and guide our product to market leadership.
This is a hands-on, full-stack product role ideal for someone who loves building at early stage companies, working closely with users, and iterating quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Own key product areas end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Lead customer interviews to inform priorities and develop clear specs, wireframes, and user stories
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch high-impact features
- Analyze product usage data to uncover patterns, drive decisions, and measure success
- Explore and prototype how AI tools can improve automation, personalization, and educator support
- Support product marketing and customer success efforts with messaging, demos, and training materials
- Help onboard new partners and serve as a trusted product voice for our community of educators
ABOUT YOU
This is a highly strategic role with visibility at the highest levels — including our Board and investors. We are looking for a product leader who thrives in early-stage environments, embraces complex challenges, and is passionate about building products that create meaningful impact.
You might be a great fit if you are:
- A product leader with 5+ years of product management experience
- Experienced leading cross-functional teams through product discovery, design, and delivery
- Clear and compelling communicator with storytelling skills that drive stronger product decisions
- Familiar with agile development, design thinking, and iterative product processes
- Experienced in collaborating deeply with engineers and plan work
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency
You must get energized by the ambiguity of an early-stage product and the opportunity to shape it from the ground up. You have to think big, sweat the details, and move fast.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products
- Background in education, edtech, or mission-driven organizations
